By registering for or using Read&GO application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms posted by us. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the local minimum age) to use the Service. By agreeing, you represent you meet the age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You’re responsible for all activity under your account; keep your password secure.
You will not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, pornographic, hateful, or harassing content. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any Content at our sole discretion without notice.
By posting Content (text, images, videos) to the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works in any media. You retain ownership of your Content.
All Service platform rights (code, UI, trademarks) are owned by Read&GO or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
The Service is provided "AS-IS." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Read&GO and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your Content.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without liability to you.
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which Andrei Shamrai WebS Lab has its principal place of business at the time the dispute arises. Any dispute under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts (or by arbitration) of that country.
